All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our facility by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2-5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated via USPS and are based on the weight and the destination at the checkout.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping. Please note that International orders can take up to a few weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs, and the time frame that this takes can vary widely.
Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Confirmation:
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as your order's been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the grounds of insufficient address, failed delivery attempt, etc.), you will be charged for the re-shipment of your order.
Please double-check that your order details are correct before confirming your purchase. This includes product selection, shipping method, and shipping address. We process orders quickly and are unable to make changes once they have been placed.

Returns
Given the precious nature of our personalized product, we typically do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch within 30 days of your order date, and we'll do our best to resolve your concerns.
